NICOLA CHEESEMAN IS BACK

Nicola Cheeseman wants her life back. Specifically, the one where she was a 20-something lead singer of nouveau punk band The Cherry Slits — not a middle-aged woman juggling work, kids, a crumbling marriage, and an ageing dad who’s just moved in.

In this razor-sharp new comedy by Kathryn Burnett, Jodie Rimmer (Sweet Tooth, Friends Like Her) shines in her first-ever solo show as Nicola: a woman armed with a to-do list, a vinyl jumpsuit, and a burning desire to rediscover her mojo.

Fast, funny and fiercely relatable, Nicola Cheeseman is Back is for anyone who’s ever looked in the mirror and asked, “Is this it?” A celebration of reinvention, rebellion, and the radical act of putting yourself first.
